On instruction, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that on instruction from the first respondent, the second respondent has frozen the petitioner bank account No. 50200061629713. As on today, a sum of Rs.62,296/- is lying in the petitioner’s account with the second respondent. However, as request made by the first respondent, the disputed amount is Rs.1,60,000/-. 3.
