Baghel, G.A. for Respondent No. 1/State. 2.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition (CRMP) has been filed with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court may kindly be quash the FIR bearing Crime No.- 184/2024 dated 16/04/2024, registered at PS- Mahasamund, District- Mahasamund offence U/s 147, 148, 294, 323, 307, 506 (B) of IPC, Charge Sheet No.- 297/26, dated 24/7/2026 for offence u/s 147, 148, 294, 323, 307, 506 (B) of I.P.C. against the petitioners and consequential criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioners bearing Criminal Case No. 3857/26 pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mahsamund, District- Mahasamund, (C.G) and also quash the order taking cognizance on 27/07/2026, in the interest of Justice”. 3.During the course of hearing, Mr. Pawan Kesharwani, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition seeking liberty to avail the remedy before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 4.Mr. S.S. Baghel, G.A. does not have any objection to the same. 3 5.In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioners, if so advised, may avail remedy before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
