1. The petitioner seeks twenty years’ service benefit.
2. Learned advocate representing the school has filed a report wherefrom it appears that there are several allegations against the petitioner starting from financial irregularity, sexual harassment and others.
3. The allegations against the petitioner are being investigated. An investigation officer has also been engaged and a date of hearing was fixed and intimated to the petitioner for attending the investigation procedure.
4. There is nothing on record to show whether the investigation is over or not and whether any final order has been passed.

5. Till the petitioner is able to come out clean of the allegations leveled against him, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be allowed.
6. The District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Howrah is directed to take prompt necessary steps to ensure that the investigation procedure against the petitioner is concluded at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order.
7. Necessary consequential steps in accordance with law shall be taken by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Howrah without any further delay.
8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
9. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
10. Certified server copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
