Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. The impugned order dated 20.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1826 of 2025 in C.C.No.389 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pathapatnam, is purely interlocutory in nature, inasmuch as the said order was passed declining to allow the petition filed by the petitioner seeking amendment of the typographical mistake made in the complaint and other Court records. In view of the bar contained under Section 397(2) of ‘the Cr.P.C.,’/Section 438(2) of ‘the BNSS’, and in view of the judgments of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sethuraman v. Rajamanickam1, Bhaskar Industries Ltd. v. Bhiwani 1(2009) 5 SCC 153 3 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.600 of 2026 Dated 19.06.2026 Denim & Apparels Ltd.2, Girish Kumar Suneja v. CBI3 and Amar Nath v. State of Haryana4, the present Criminal Revision Case is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application, in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
