Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging non-compliance of the order dated 31.01.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 653/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the Respondent submit that the order dated 31.01.2025 has been complied with. 3. The submission of counsel for the Respondent is not opposed by the counsel for petitioner. He however, submits that he may be granted liberty to file appropriate proceedings in any exigency arises in future. 4. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the parties, I do not find any 2 good ground to continue with the contempt petition. 5.
