Necessary documents were not submitted with the application. Learned advocate for the petitioner says that the petitioner shall make a fresh application enclosing thereto necessary documents. If such application is made within a fortnight from date, the Electricity Department shall process the same, in accordance with law. If the petitioner’s application is found to be in order, then, within thirty days from date of the petitioner complying with all formalities including payment of requisite charges, the department shall provide electricity connection to the petitioner.
