And In the matter of : Esrafil Sk @ Israfil Sk ……Petitioner. Mr. Arnab Chatterjee Mr. Avik Ghosh Ms. Ankusha Ghosh ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Aniruddha Bhattacharya Mr. Shayan Sachin Basu ……for the State. Petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1032 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Taking into account that petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail, I direct the learned Trial court to release the petitioner on bail on same terms and conditions which was imposed upon Odud Sk in CRM (NDPS) 1032 of 2026. 2 As such prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1663 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
