The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010491392026 NC: 2026:KHC:39522 WP No. 22466 of 2026 a. Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd Respondent to consider the representation dated 03.06.2026 filed by the Petitioner as per Annexure A and take necessary action. b. Issue writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to forthwith to remove the Look Out Circular issued against the Petitioner pursuant to the registration of Crime No. 21/2024 of the South East Women Police Station, Bengaluru, in view of the completion of the investigation, filing of the charge sheet, and the interim order dated 25.11.2024 passed by this Ann Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.31050/2024, staying all further and in C.C.No.30164/2024, proceedings consequently permit the Petitioner to travel abroad without any impediment arising out of the said Look Out Circular. c. Pass any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in the interest of Justice and Equity. 4. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 on instructions submits that the Look Out Circular (LOC) is no longer enforced insofar as the petitioner is concerned, and the petitioner is free to travel abroad subject to the petitioner obtaining permission from the Court seized of the criminal proceedings, which are pending. 5.
