8. In this interlocutory application, the petitioner seeks condonation of delay of 132 days in instituting this review petition.
9. We have perused the averments in the I.A. and are satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown.
10. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and I.A. No. 3594 of 2021 is
disposed of. Civil Review No. 76 of 2019

Learned counsel for the review petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Forum as the law permits.
12. Leave is granted by leaving open all objections, contentions of all parties.
13. The review petition is disposed of as withdrawn in the above terms without any order for costs.
