Heard Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Nelothpal Ganji, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State. 3. Though notice served on respondent No.2, none represented on his behalf. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are A1 to A3 and A5 to A14, who are charged for the offences punishable Sections 323, 324, 355 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in CC No.938 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise 6 Court, Kurnool. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner Nos.10 and 11 are senior citizens and they are suffering from aliments. 5. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his prayer to the extent of dispensing with the personal appearance of petitioners herein in the C.C. proceedings before the trial Court. 6. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor reported no objection for dispensing with the presence of the petitioners herein. 7. However, considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and after perusal of the entire material available on record, the presence of petitioners herein (A1 to A3 and A5 to A14) before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise Court, Kurnool in CC No.938 of 2025 is dispensed with, except on those dates when the learned Judge feels that their presence is necessary. 8.
