Mr. Karan Anand, learned counsel for the Applicant. 2. Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned AGA, for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Javed S/o Nishar Ahmed, who has been accused in FIR No.0132 of 2024 under Section 8 read with Sections 21 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Manglaur, District Haridwar. The Applicant is in judicial custody since 10.12.2025. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this is a case of parity as co-accused, namely, Jaan Alam was granted bail by this Court vide judgment dated 09.04.2025 in BA 1st No.873 of 2024. 5. Learned State Counsel very fairly admits the fact that the co-accused was granted bail by this Court. 6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that co-accused was granted bail by this Court, the Applicant has made out a case for bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant – Javed S/o Nishar Ahmed, be released on bail in connection with FIR No.0132 of 2024 under Section 8 read with Sections 21 and 29 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Manglaur, District Haridwar, on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
