Mr. Indrajit Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits before this Court that he wants to withdraw this present petition with liberty to approach before the appropriate forum. [3]

Accordingly, this present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach before the competent Civil Court as well as the Criminal Court and also the competent authorities. Since, the same is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. [5]
As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
