ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
(i) Issue writ of certiorari or any other writ or order or direction, in the nature of writ and quash the
order passed by the respondent No.2 in case bearing No.05/K.P.A/ M.C/2025 dated 22.06.2026 produced as Annexure-A to the writ petition.
(ii) Cost and such other reliefs deems fit to grant under the circumstances of the case.
3. What is challenged is the externment order passed under Section 55 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963. Before the said order was passed, the petitioner had been issued a notice and served in the matter. Hence, there is no violation of principles of natural justice for this Court to intercede in the matter. The petitioner has a statutory appeal rendered in terms of Section 59 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to

avail said statutory appellate remedy, the petition stands
disposed.
4. The respondents are directed not to implement impugned
order at Annexure-A until the appeal is considered by the Statutory Appellate Court.
