The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following prayer(s) :- "10.1 That, the Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the office of the concerned respondent by issue of writ of certiorari. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondent No. 2 (The Collector Raipur) to decide the petitioners representation (Annexure P-5) within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and take strict administrative and legal action against respondent Nos. 6 and 7. 10.3 Pass any other order/relief that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and appropriate in the circumstances of the case in the ends of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed application dated 15.07.2026 (Annexure P-5) before the Collector, Raipur. However the application as made by the petitioner has not been decided yet, therefore, it is prayed that respondent No.2-Collector, 3 Raipur may be directed to consider and decide the same within stipulated period. 3. Learned State counsel is not having any objection on the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon consideration of the matter in its entirety, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent No.2, Collector, Raipur, to consider and decide the application submitted by the petitioner on 15.07.2026 (Annexure P-5), in accordance with law, within a period of ‘03 months’ from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. If so required, respondent No.2 shall also direct the concerned SDO (Revenue) as well as the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, to examine the said application and take appropriate consequential action, in accordance with law, within the aforesaid period. 7.
