1. Heard. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):-
“(i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record from the respondent authorities. (ii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the letter dated 14.06.2026 (Annexure P- 1) issued by respondent Nos. 03 & 04 on the basis of no confidence motion conducted by them without compliance the provisions of Constitution/bylaws prepared by said Association as well as without calling the general body meeting, whereas petitioner has removed from the elected post of Treasurer of District Chemist & Druggist Association Janjgir-Champa. (iii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the letter dated 30.07.2026 (Annexure P- 2) issued by respondent Nos.
03 & 04 to address the petitioner, whereas he directed to return back the entire property/ amount as well as relevant document's within a period of Seven days. 3 (iv) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Direct the respondent No. 02/ The Registrar, Firms and Societies, Chhattisgarh, Indrawati Bhawan, Block-1, 3rd Floor, Atal Nagar, New Raipur, District-Raipur (C.G.) may be take appropriate

the
pending complainant/representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2026 and same may be decide within stipulate period of time in accordance with law. (v) Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favor of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is only seeking a limited direction that he has moved a representation dated 27.07.2026 before the Registrar, Firms and Societies, Chhattisgarh (Respondent No.2 herein). He further submits that the concerned authorities may be directed to consider his representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law and that, for this limited purpose, he has filed the present petition. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if such a direction is issued. 5. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter and the fact and circumstances of the case, Respondent No.2/The Registrar, Firms and Societies, Chhattisgarh is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2026 and decide the same in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of production of copy of this order. It is
4 made clear that this Court has neither entered into the merits of the case nor has considered even single aspect of the matter on merits. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of, to the limited extent of the prayer made by the petitioner for a direction to decide his representation in accordance with law.
