Advocate (Crl.Side) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 14930 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct investigation in crime No.153 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report in the said case before the appropriate court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though based on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.153 of 2025 for offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 296(b), 324(4), 329 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, final report, in this case, is yet to be filed. 3.The learned Govt.
