1. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent. There was a love affair between the petitioner and the victim girl.
2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits anticipatory bail may be allowed on any terms and conditions.
3. Learned Advocate appearing for the State produces the case diary and has placed reliance on the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS and also the statement recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS which clearly indicate the role of the petitioner.
4. Let the Memo of Evidence be taken on record.
5. Having heard the submission of the respective parties and on perusal of the materials-on-record as well as the case diary including the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, she implicate the petitioner in the alleged
2 offences. Accordingly, this Court does not any reason to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 2031 of 2026 is, thus, rejected.
7. All concerned parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
8. Criminal Section is directed to supply urgent certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
