The applicants have filed the present CrMP under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 by which the applicants are seeking expeditions disposal of Criminal Case No. 347 of 2018 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class Jaijaipur District Janjgir Champa under Sections 420, 120(Kha), 506 and 389 of the IPC arising out of Crime No. 125 of 2019. 2 2. Perusal of the record would demonstrate that six years has already been lapsed, the charge sheet was filed on 22.11.2029 and Co- accused Abhijeet Vaishnav and Tapan Chatterjee have absconded after their anticipatory bail in the year 2020. Further the case was fixed for examination of prosecution witnesses and the fact that supplementary charge sheet has been filed and case was fixed for hearing on 10.09.2025,25.10.2025 and 22.11.2025 but the proceedings in this case has been stalled as per order sheet of trial since 11.12.2025. 3. Considering the fact, it is directed that concerned trial Court shall make an endavour to conclude the trail within an outer limit of 1 year from the date of receipt of the copy of the order passed by this Court. 4.
