Respondent(s) For Petitioner : Ms. Apoorva Pandey, Advocate on behalf of Mr. Sandeep Singh, Advocate For Respondents : Mr. Topilal Bareth, P.L. 2 Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order On Board 09.09.2026 1) By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:- 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to consider the change of posting place of the petitioner at Government Middle School Sargipara or Government Middle School Korasi Block Chhura District Gariyaband, in place of Government Middle School Kharipthara Block Mainpur or any nearby school in Chhura Block, as per the guideline/direction Dated 29.03.2023 issued Under Secretary, School Education Department. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favourof the petitioner as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the ends of justice. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to file a fresh representation and the said representation may be directed to be decided within stipulated time. 3) On the other hand, learned State counsel do not opposes the said submission. 4) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5) Considering the said submissions, the petitioners are granted liberty to make a fresh representation before the authority 3 concerned along with the relevant documents within a period of two weeks from the date of copy of this order and in turn, the authorities are directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of the said representations. 6) With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
