According to the petitioner, the drainage water is flowing through the petitioner's property on account of the inaction of the respondents. The petitioner is also having the benefit of judgment and decree dated 09.04.2025 passed in his favour by the District Munsif Court, Sriperumpudur in O.S. No.4 of 2023, which proves that the petitioner is the owner of the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner has also filed photographs of the subject property along with this writ petition to substantiate his case that the drainage water is flowing through the petitioner's property. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
