Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year five months and there has been no progress of the case. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits 70 kgs of ganja were recovered from the vehicle, petitioner was in conscious possession of the contraband which has been recovered. Having considered the complicity of the present petitioner, I am of the opinion that Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted. As such, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1632 of 2026 is rejected.
