Pradhan, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State- Opposite Party No.1 and Mr. P. Behera, learned counsel for Opposite Parties 2 & 3. 2. The Petitioner is the owner of vehicle bearing Regd. No.OD- 02-A-3456 and OD-04-M-6245. Pursuant to the order passed in Certificate Case No.612 of 2025, the warrant of attachment for sum of Rs.1,71,000/- in respect of vehicle No.OD-02-A-3456 towards MV Tax and penalty, was issued at Annexure-2 and consequently the other vehicle bearing Regd. No.OD-04-M-6245 was also seized. 3. It is submitted on behalf of Petitioner that, he is ready to pay the certificate amount. 4. Accordingly, two months’ time is granted to the Petitioner to deposit the certificate amount before the authority. It is made clear that in the event the Petitioner fails to deposit the certificate amount within such period of two months, the authorities are at liberty to proceed against the Petitioner including seizure of the vehicle bearing Regd.
