The case of the prosecution is that, due to a family property dispute, the petitioner along with other accused quarreled with the defacto complainant and allegedly intimidated her to part with property. It is alleged that the petitioner acted in furtherance of common intention. Based on the complaint, a case has been registered. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. In view of the statutory bar under Section 18 of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, this Court is of the firm view that the present application is not maintainable.
