Considering the aforesaid submission and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.4(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10512 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders”.
