No. 905 of 2021 dated 08.07.2024, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21, 300-A of the Constitution of India and A.P Excise Act, and consequently, direct the respondents to conclude the confiscation proceedings within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and release the Fixed Deposit Receipt amount together with accrued interest, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to release the Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) amount of ₹6,20,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Twenty Thousand Only), together with accrued interest in connection with Crime No.248 of 2020, in view of the acquittal of the petitioner in C.C. No. 905 of 2021 dated 08.07.2024, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21, 300-A of the Constitution of India and A.P Excise Act, and consequently, direct the respondents to conclude the confiscation proceedings within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and release the Fixed Deposit Receipt amount together with accrued interest and pass such other order or orders …”. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 3.
