JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA ORAL ORDER Sri.Rajesh Rao.K learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner filed this revision petition being aggrieved by the order of the Family Court, Chikkamagaluru by which the Court directed respondent to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month towards her maintenance. 2. Learned counsel states that petitioner is entitled to a higher sum. Learned counsel further submits that after disposal of the case by the Family Court, petitioner came to know that two cell phone towers were erected at the land of the respondent and the respondent is receiving huge sum from the concerned authorities and that the respondent is also having other source of income. Learned counsel states that petitioner therefore intends to move necessary application before the Family Court seeking enhancement of maintenance.
