The appellant has filed this CRA No 1198 of 2026 under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short, SC/ST Act, 1989) for grant of anticipatory apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 4 of 2026 registered at Police Station SC/ST Police Station, Anushuchit Jati Kalyan, District Raipur for offence punishable under Sections 69, 351(2) of BNS 2 2023 and Section 3 (2)(v) of the SC/ST Act, 1989. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Criminal Appeal with liberty to file regular bail application before the trial Court. 3. Prayer seems to be just and proper. 4. Accordingly, the instant CRA No. 1198 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the appellant.. However, it is directed that in the eventuality of filing of the regular bail application, learned trial Court shall consider the regular bail application on the same day.
