Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3. Considering the submissions made and upon perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioners and the defacto complainant are neighbors. Due to a dispute relating to the parking of a vehicle, a quarrel arose. 4. It is now submitted that the dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant has been resolved amicably. The co-accused have already been granted bail by the Special Court in Crl.M.P.No.791 of 2026. 5.
