1. Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to the trial Court.
2. A letter has been received from the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajim, District Gariyaband (C.G.) through the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Raipur (C.G.) with a request for extension of time to conclude the trial as directed by this Court in MCRC No. 1916 of 2026 vide order dated 19.03.2026 wherein it has been directed to decide the same within a period of six months from the receipt of a certified copy of this order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submissions made in the request letter dated 25.08.2026, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the letter. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. Further four months time is granted to the trial Court for concluding the trial. The time given shall start from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands disposed of.
