Petitioners are similarly placed as other accused person who has been granted bail by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Cr.)4950 of 2026. Pursuant to the same, another accused has been granted bail in CRM(NDPS)1623 of 2026. Having considered that the petitioners are similarly placed and the same grounds do apply in case of the present petitioners, I am inclined to release the petitioners, namely, Chatu Ghosh and Amit Kesh on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Suman Mal in CRM(NDPS)1623 of 2026. 2 Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1646 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
