Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for three months, charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court and the person from whom seizure has been effected has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1202 of 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the quantum of seizure in the present case is 24.5 kgs of ganja. Records reflect that petitioner is better placed than the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1202 of 2026. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the present petitioner namely, Kush Mandal be released on bail on 2 same terms and conditions as was imposed upon the other accused person namely, Raja Chandra @ Bapi in CRM (NDPS) 1202 of 2026. Thus, CRM (NDPS) 1608 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
