By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 1] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondents to necessary steps to grant compensation to with respect to acquisition of land of petitioners made by respondents in the interest of Justice. 2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondents to decide and take appropriate decision over the representation made by petitioners in the interest of justice. 3] That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which is deem fit and proper. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the respondent authorities may be directed to conduct demarcation in accordance with Section 129 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (in short “the Code”) and the Rules framed thereunder, in the presence of the concerned parties and 3 thereafter, to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. They further agree that if a proper demarcation is conducted, the dispute between the parties will stand resolved. 3. Considering the fair submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Revenue Officer, i.e. concerned SDO(R) to conduct a fresh demarcation in accordance with Section 129 of the Code and the Rules framed thereunder, after issuing prior notice to the concerned parties. The demarcation shall be conducted in accordance with law, in the presence of the parties concerned, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
