Respondents are represented. It appears from the records that, the petitioner made several representations from time to time for sub-division of the land in question. Authorities are yet to take a decision thereon. In such circumstances, the respondent no.1 is directed to consider and decide the application for sub-division made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent no.2 will afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to writ petitioner. The respondentno.2 is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents that he deems necessary.
