Mr. Madan Mohan Roy ….for the petitioner In view of the availability of an alternative efficacious appellate remedy under the Consumer Protection Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain this civil revisional application. Faced with such situation, the learned advocate for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this civil revisional application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 2695 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law challenging the order which is impugned in this civil revisional application. The learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with the photostat copy thereof.
