1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition has already been redressed. However, the petitioner apprehends that the same issue may arise in future and may adversely affect his rights.
2. Learned State counsel would submit that since the grievance of the petitioner has alreaedy been redressed, therefore, the petition become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submission, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, if any cause of action arises in future.
