This is an intra-court appeal under Clause 12 of the Letters Patent against an interim order dated 15.10.2025. 2. At the outset, Mr. Ruaani A. Baba, learned counsel for the respondent submits that ex-facie vide order, that is being assailed, all that the Writ Court required the appellants was to consider if, at least, the undisputed amount of Rs. 68, 28, 864/-, as also, the Bank guarantees could be released in favour of the respondent and, submit a status report in this regard. 3. Thus, it is urged that the order under challenge does not decide/determine the rights and obligations of the parties and, Serial No. 4 2 LPA No. 2/2026 therefore, the appellants are at liberty to examine this limited issue as per their wisdom and submit a consideration report. 4. That being so, learned counsel for the appellants submits that nothing substantive survives in the appeal and the same be disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents. 5. In wake of the position indicated above, we are not required to delve any further into the matter. Appeal is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
