Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had filed an application dated 24.11.2025 to conduct survey and demarcation at the subject land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned Government's counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, summons were issued to all the concerned parties and the date was also fixed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 18963 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 for conducting survey and thus, no further order is required in this case. Hence, he request to this Court to close this petition. 6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In the case on hand, today, it was submitted by the respondents that based on the application filed by the petitioner, summons were issued to all the concerned parties and the date for conducting survey was also fixed by the respondent. In such case no further order is required in this petition. 8. Therefore, by recording the above submission made by the respondents, this writ petition is closed.
