This petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and also directing respondent No. 4 not to interfere in the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and further directing respondents No. 2 and 3 not to allow/ let respondent No. 4 or anybody else to interfere with life and liberty of the petitioner. 2. Petitioner in person contends that the petitioner had preferred a representation dated 28.07.2026 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS (Mohali) Punjab but no action has been taken so far. It is further submitted that they would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2 Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS (Mohali) Punjab to look into their representation and take appropriate steps at the earliest.
