It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners, who are teaching and non-teaching staff of Baba Panchalingeswar Higher Secondary School, Santaragadia in the district of Balasore that their claim for regularization/ approval of their services against their respective posts and release of salary components as per Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994, which is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that their representation under Annexure-5 may be considered by the appropriate authority. 4.
