Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Petitioner appears in-person. State respondents and respondent nos. 3 and 4 are represented by learned advocates. 3. From the case made out in the writ petition it appears that petitioner is aggrieved by alleged unauthorised construction made by respondent nos. 3 and 4 which prompted the petitioner to lodge a complaint before the concerned police authority. According to the petitioner, there is inaction on the part of the police authority in registering FIR and prayer is made for giving 2 direction upon the police authority to transform the complaint of the petitioner into FIR. 4. Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State respondents and learned advocate representing respondent nos. 3 and 4 have opposed this writ petition on the count that issue involved in this writ petition relates to civil dispute. 5. Be that as it may, since prayer is made for registration of FIR writ petition is disposed of thereby granting liberty to the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in pursuit of remedy. 6.
