[2026:RJ-JP:11144] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4697/2026 M/s Upasna Colonisers And Resorts Pvt. Ltd., Through Authorised Representative Shri Suresh Kumar, S/o Shri Bhanwar Singh, Aged 35 Years B-70, Rajendra Marg, Bapu Nagar, Jaipur ----Petitioner Versus Assistant Engineer (B-Iii), Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Gandhinagar, Jaipur. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Dileep Shivpuri For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 16/03/2026 After arguing the matter at some length, counsel for the petitioner submits that as regards the grievance raised in the present writ petition, the petitioner may be allowed to approach the grievance forum/settlement committee and they may be directed to consider and resolve the issue by a reasoned and speaking order. In view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the material facts of this case, the Court feels that ends of justice would be made if the petitioner is allowed to approach the grievance forum/settlement committee of the respondents as regards his grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the grievance forum/settlement committee by submitting an appropriate [2026:RJ-JP:11144] (2 of 2) [CW-4697/2026] application/representation/appeal after fulfilling all the requirements as provided under the rules and regulations within a period of 15 days. In case the petitioner approaches the grievance forum/settlement committee by submitting an appropriate application/representation/appeal alongwith other required formalities/documents/fees and other charges as provided under the rules and regulations, the same may be considered and disposed of by the respondents by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt. Till disposal by the respondents, the respondents are directed to provide a temporary electricity supply connection on making the payment of required fee etc. This interim order for providing temporary electricity supply connection would cease its effects in the petitioner does not prefer any application/representation/appeal alongwith required fee and other charges as provided under the rules and regulations. In view of the order passed in the main petition, the stay application as well as pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J Ashish Kumar /69
