The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner shall secure instructions as to when the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- that forms the fulcrum of the lis would be paid back to the respondent No.2/complainant, as there is hoodwinking by the petitioner of the said Rs.10,00,000/-. List the matter on 13.03.2026." 2. The petition was entertained and Rs.10.00 lakhs was directed to be paid. 3. On 13.03.2026, the following order was passed: "This Court on 02.03.2026 had passed the following order: "Sri. K. The petition would be dismissed in the event the order would not be complied on the next date of hearing." 4. Even today, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that no amount is paid. 5.
