Parties are present through their respective Counsels. 2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case out of property disputes. In view of that he prays for anticipatory bail. 3. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the present petitioner executed a deed of gift in respect of property allegedly to belonging to him. Subsequently, the selfsame property was again transferred by the petitioner for valuable consideration. Such deed was executed by the petitioner fully 2 knowing that he had already transferred the said property earlier. He refers to the copy of the content in the deeds of the Case Diary. 4. He further submits that the investigation is yet to conclude. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 5. Having considered the rival contentions as well as materials contained in the Case Diary it transpires that the petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence of cheating, transferring the selfsame property to unsuspecting persons at different points of time. 6. In the aforesaid circumstances, considering the nature of allegations as well as materials in the Case Diary I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 7. Accordingly, anticipatory bail application is rejected. 8. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2413 of 2026, is thus, dismissed. 9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
