Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ‘10.1That, the Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent to decide the pending application dated 24.02.2026 regarding amendment in his transfer and posting from Govt. Industrial Training Institute ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG
2 / 2 Katekalayan, District – Dantewada (C.G.) vide order dated 17.02.2026 (Annexure P-1). 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the present facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was working in Govt. Industrial Training Institute Kawardha District – Kabirdham (C.G.) however, he got transferred to Govt. Industrial Training Institute Katekalayan District – Dantewada (C.G.) vide order dated 17.02.2026. Aggrieved with the order of transfer petitioner submitted a representation vide Annexure P-1 dated 24.02.2026, before the respondent which till date is pending consideration, therefore at this stage, petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent to consider and take decision on the pending representation at the earliest, within specified time frame.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.

On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent to consider and take decision on the representation Annexure P-1 dated 24.02.2026 submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of ‘four weeks’ from the date of receipt of copy of Order.
