Learned advocate for the Administration is present. In view of nature of prayer advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, I direct that in case the representation which was accepted by the office of the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman on or about 29th October, 2025 till date has not been considered and/disposed of, the same be considered, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and the order/outcome be communicated to the present petitioner.
