V R REDDY KOVVURI The Court made the following: ORDER The above revision is filed against the order dated 08.05.2024 in E.A.No.118 of 2023 in E.P.No.2 of 2012 in O.S.No.76 of 2007 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa. 2. The decree holder filed E.A.No.118 of 2023 to amend the survey number in the E.P. schedule by replacing the S.No.175/2 with S.No.175/5. The said E.A. was filed pursuant to the order dated 03.05.2023 in I.A.No.376 of 2022 in O.S.No.76 of 2007. 3. The revision petitioner assailing the order dated 03.05.2023 in I.A.No.376 of 2022 in O.S.No.76 of 2007, filed C.R.P.No.1585 of 2023 and the same as dismissed confirming the order passed by the trial Court. Since the decree itself was amended by deleting S.No.175/2 and replacing with S.No.175/5, this Court does not find any illegality or irregularity in the order dated 08.05.2024 in E.A.No.118 of 2023 in E.P.No.2 of 2012 in O.S.No.76 of 2007 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa. Hence, this Court does not find any merit in this revision, and hence, the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is Dismissed. No order as to costs.
