JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 18.07.1998 and - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010712442025 NC: 2026:KHC:43412 WP No. 33129 of 2025 20.07.2022 vide Annexures-C and C1, wherein the petitioner has requested respondent No.2 for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground. 2. The applications of the petitioner have not been considered by respondent No.2. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 will consider the applications submitted by the petitioner vide Annexures-C and C1, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.2, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of; ii.
