1. The petitioner in the revisional application seeks an innocuous order. He seeks early disposal of T.S.No.27 of 2016 which is a suit for partition pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, South Andaman at Port Blair. The said suit stands transferred to Joint Civil Judge Senior Division at Port Blair.
2. In view of the nature of prayer made by the petitioner through his counsel orally before this Court, this Court is not inclined to issue notice to the respondents.
3. The Trial Judge shall attempt to dispose of the said T.S.No.27 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of the copy of this order.
4. The petitioner serves notice of the order and the application to the opposite parties.
5. Since the opposite parties have not been called upon to file any affidavits, none of the allegations contained in the revisional application shall be deemed to have been admitted.

6. With the aforesaid observations, CO/42/2026 stands
disposed of.
7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this
order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
