The parties are represented by their respective counsel. 2. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 authority to consider the writ petitioner’s application dated 03.02.2026 in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and/or her authorized representative and thereafter to pass a reasoned order and shall forthwith communicate the same to the writ petitioner. 3. It is further directed that the entire exercise as indicated in the forgoing paragraph is to be completed within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order. 4. The time limit as fixed by this Court is peremptory and mandatory. 5. It is further directed that in the event while passing the reasoned order the respondent No.1 authority finds sufficient substance in the application dated 03.02.2026 as submitted by 2 the writ petitioner is directed to take all consequential action forthwith. 6. With the aforementioned observation WPA/383/2026 is disposed of. 7.
