The petitioner is a Pilot Officer on contractual basis attached to the Port Management Board of the Administration. He claims that he has not been paid several allowances attached to the post for considerable period of time. 2. The petitioner has made several representations last of which the dated 25.11.2025 at page 48 of the writ petition. 3. In that view of the matter, the respondents shall consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representation for allowances in terms of the rules as his claims were for the period from June 2022 to November, 2022. 4. Let such representation be disposed of by a reasoned order by the respondents within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observations, WPA/406/2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
